The Diva Darlings is a support group serving NWA for girls and young women from middle school ages through college.  If you are trying to cope with the impact that comes with having a loved one that has battled breast cancer, the Diva Darlings may be the group of friends you need.  If you know a young lady that could use this circle of support, please pass along the information.

Be a Pitch for the Cure Vendor
June 10-12, 2011

We are looking for vendors of MANY types of merchandise.  We may be a top notch sporting event, but these female athletes come from all walks of life.  And don't forget their families and coaches!

Besides sporting goods, lots of softball gear and breast cancer awareness items, anything that would appeal to girls of all ages should sell well.  This tournament is for girls 7 years old through 19.  And they bring everyone from their little sisters to their grandparents and neighbors with them!

We'll have the girlie girls and the sporty girls here.  The homemakers, basketball players, cheerleaders, cooks, business women AND men, techno fans, pastors, outdoorsmen, Razorback fans and Longhorn fans, the skaters and the fashion bugs....you see where we're going here?

If you have a fundraiser that is used by teams, this would be a great place to promote it!!

Vendor benefits:

  • Two armbands that allow for weekend entry through the gates.

  • Vendors are listed on the vendor website page with a link or a logo/link (if provided).  Links for vendors in good standing remain on the site until edits are due for the following year's event.

  • Vendors are listed in our event program book as vendors.

  • IF vendors are donating a portion of their sales (above vendor fees) to the event, we will make extra notes of that on our website, in the program book and in announcements at the park.  (This is NOT a requirement of the vendor.)

Here are a few items that we cannot allow from vendors:

  • Any items made to resemble the Pitch for the Cure logo or event shirt.  (These also cannot be displayed for orders.)

  • T-shirts or hoodies of any nature.  (These also cannot be displayed for orders.)

  • Food or drinks.  (They can be given away, but not sold.)  (Orders can be taken.)

  • Merchandise that is a duplication of a vendor that is already signed with us.  (Exception is if we can make placement at two different parks.)

  • Any item that only an adult can purchase or is adult in nature.

  • No photography booths outside of the photographers hired by the event coordinators.

You'll find our vending rates are very reasonable for a weekend event AND they haven't changed in 6 years!.  Twenty percent of our event profits go to Ozark Komen for the Cure.

$125.00

10 ft space (will fit a table front up to 10 ft)
